During this class we will learn additional techniques that are now taught in the Masterson Method Weekend Workshop. Our Topic: “Relaxation before Release” with intention to be mindful and present in each moment. Softness through our breath and body. Yield then “Ask” again. With each of these basic techniques or focus will be on the flow and integration of additional movements to help you achieve “Relaxation before Release.”
We’ll start class at 8:45am and finish up at 4:45 with an hour for lunch.
