Bodywork for Horses
1.5 hour Integrated Bodywork Session.
This session starts with an evaluation to determine restriction then flows into creating movement in a relaxed state to unravel tension and stress.
Years of stress and stiffness can often be resolved in a few sessions, by relieving built-up tension in core muscles and key junctions of the body that affect the horse’s performance.
$126 per session (local)
Bodywork for Riders
1.5-hour Integrated Bodywork Session.
Your horse’s movement is often a reflection of the rider’s tension. Bodywork for riders reduces tension, improves the riders proprioception, increase range of motion, and helps with focus. With greater body awareness from regular treatments a rider will benefit with improved balance, strength and stability.
$150 per session
